To enhance team cohesion and celebrate its culture of "Pursuing Excellence, Growing Together," Guangzhou MIJIA organized an immersive three-day team-building retreat for all employees in the stunning landscapes of Guangxi from September 7 to 9, 2025. This journey allowed the team to not only appreciate the beauty of nature but also deepen camaraderie through collaboration and shared experiences, injecting renewed vitality into the company's development.

The Journey Begins: A Scenic Drive to Hezhou​​

On the morning of September 7, a convoy of three cars filled with laughter and anticipation departed from the company's headquarters in Guangzhou, embarking on a self-drive journey to Hezhou, Guangxi.

The team's first challenge was hiking the magnificent Gupo Mountain, renowned as the "Pearl of Hunan and Guangxi."  During the ascent, colleagues encouraged and supported one another, embodying the spirit of overcoming challenges and striving for the summit. 

 

In the evening, the team checked into a local hotel and visited a charming folk music bar. Amidst melodic guitar tunes, colleagues raised their glasses and showcased their singing talents, releasing the pressures of daily work and bringing everyone closer together.

Bamboo Rafting: Synergy in a Landscape Painting​​

On September 8, the team traveled to Yangshuo, famous for having the "finest landscape under heaven." Everyone boarded bamboo rafts for a serene cruise along the iconic Li River. Surrounded by a panorama of breathtaking karst peaks and reflections, the peaceful journey was accompanied by joyful conversations. The smooth progress of the rafts required tacit cooperation, mirroring the cross-departmental collaboration essential for successfully navigating projects and achieving the best outcomes in our work. In this moment, the awe of nature's beauty perfectly blended with the warmth of team harmony.

Caving Adventure: Exploring the Unknown, Building the Future​​

On the final day (September 9), the team explored the marvel of karst topography at the Golden Water Cave (Jinshui Yan). Inside the magnificent caverns, everyone marveled at nature's craftsmanship and experienced the unique thrill of an underground river drift. Navigating the dark passages together, offering help and sharing discoveries, served as a powerful metaphor for Guangzhou MIJIA's core values: we encourage exploration and innovation, firmly believing that a united team can overcome any challenge and uncover new opportunities.
